Submitting a request does not constitute confirmation of the booking and does not involve any charge. Spaghetti Experiences will check the tour’s availability with the service provider. If the service is available, you will receive confirmation and a link to complete the payment online. The booking will only be confirmed once payment has been completed. If the requested date or time is unavailable, we may offer you an alternative or decline the request at no cost. The price is calculated according to the number of participants indicated. Once confirmed and paid for, the booking may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the tour begins. Requests for changes are subject to availability. No refund will be provided after this deadline. Requests must be sent to spaghettiexperiences@gmail.com. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
