2. SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the booking of tours, visits, activities and experiences offered under the Spaghetti Experiences brand.
Before making a booking or payment, users must read the details of the experience, the conditions stated on the relevant page and these Terms and Conditions.
Submitting a booking or completing a payment constitutes acceptance of the conditions applicable to the service purchased.
3. SERVICES OFFERED
Spaghetti Experiences offers:
• experiences organised directly;
• experiences selected by Spaghetti Experiences and provided by third-party guides, organisers or suppliers;
• services that can be booked and paid for directly online;
• services subject to prior availability confirmation.
When an experience is provided by a third-party supplier, Spaghetti Experiences manages the request, booking, payment and customer support, while the activity itself is delivered by the party identified on the experience page or in the booking confirmation.
The characteristics, duration, meeting point, price, inclusions, exclusions and any participation requirements are stated on the page of the individual experience or in the subsequent confirmation.
4. DIRECT BOOKINGS
For services available for immediate booking, the contract is considered concluded when:
• the user has correctly entered the required information;
• the payment has been authorised;
• Spaghetti Experiences has sent the booking confirmation.
The user must check the information contained in the confirmation and promptly report any errors.
5. AVAILABILITY REQUESTS
For certain experiences, submitting the form constitutes an availability request only and not a confirmed booking.
After checking availability with the supplier, Spaghetti Experiences will inform the customer of:
• confirmation of the date and time;
• any relevant practical information;
• the link for completing the payment.
The booking becomes final only after payment and subsequent confirmation.
If the service is unavailable, the request does not create any obligation to purchase. If payment is not completed within any deadline communicated to the customer, availability cannot be guaranteed.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are expressed in euros and include everything specifically stated on the experience page.
Any additional services, supplements or excluded items will be indicated before payment.
Online payments are processed through Wix Payments and the other payment methods available on the website. Spaghetti Experiences does not store complete payment card details.
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to the conditions stated at the time of use and cannot be combined unless otherwise indicated.
7. BOOKING DETAILS
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is correct, including:
• the participants’ full names;
• email addresses and telephone numbers;
• the selected date and time;
• the number and ages of participants;
• any information required for named admission tickets.
For certain visits, participants may be required to present an identity document matching the name provided in the booking.
Errors, omissions or inaccurate information may prevent tickets from being issued or the customer from participating in the experience. No refund will be due when the information cannot be corrected in time.
8. CHANGES REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER
Requests to change the date, time or number of participants must be sent to infoextrarevenue@gmail.com.
Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
If a request is received at least 24 hours before the experience begins, Spaghetti Experiences will attempt to offer an alternative solution at no additional cost, except for any price difference or costs already incurred that cannot be recovered.
Requests received during the 24 hours before the experience will be considered individually.
9. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
The customer may cancel a booking by writing to infoextrarevenue@gmail.com or by using any cancellation tools provided in the confirmation.
Unless different conditions are clearly stated before purchase:
• for all experiences other than the Guided Colosseum Tour, cancellations received at least 24 hours before the experience begins qualify for a full refund;
• for the Guided Colosseum Tour, cancellations received at least 4 days before the experience begins qualify for a full refund;
• no refund will be provided for cancellations received after the deadline applicable to the purchased experience;
• no refund will be provided in the event of a no-show.
Deadlines are calculated according to the local time in Rome.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Processing times depend on the banking network or payment service provider.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Tourist services and leisure activities supplied on a specific date or during a specific period do not ordinarily benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to other distance contracts.
Any more favourable cancellation conditions stated in the previous section or on the page of the individual experience remain applicable.
11. LATE ARRIVAL AND NO-SHOWS
Customers must arrive at the meeting point stated in the confirmation with any advance time requested.
In the event of late arrival, it may not be possible to join the group, change the time or participate in a later departure.
Inability to participate due to late arrival, failure to attend, missing documents or failure to follow the instructions provided does not entitle the customer to a refund.
12. CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS BY THE ORGANISER
The itinerary, time, meeting point or other non-essential aspects of an experience may be changed due to operational requirements, weather conditions, safety concerns, supplier unavailability, measures imposed by the authorities or other unforeseeable circumstances.
If a change materially affects the experience, the customer may accept the proposed alternative or request a refund for the service not received.
If Spaghetti Experiences or the supplier permanently cancels the experience, the customer may choose, where possible, between:
• a new date;
• an alternative experience of equivalent value;
• a full refund of the amount paid.
Any indirect costs incurred by the customer, including transport, accommodation or other services purchased separately, are not refundable, except where otherwise required by law.
13. WEATHER CONDITIONS
Activities may also take place in variable weather conditions.
The decision to change or cancel an activity for safety reasons rests with Spaghetti Experiences or the supplier providing the activity.
If a customer independently decides not to participate when the activity has not been officially cancelled, the standard cancellation conditions will apply.
14. BICYCLE AND E-BIKE TOURS
By participating in a bicycle or e-bike tour, customers confirm that they:
• have the skills required to operate the bicycle or e-bike safely;
• will follow the guide’s instructions and applicable traffic regulations;
• will use the safety equipment provided correctly;
• will communicate in advance any needs or conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely.
The supplier may refuse or terminate the participation of anyone who behaves dangerously, repeatedly disregards instructions or does not have the skills required to complete the activity safely.
15. COLOSSEUM VISITS AND NAMED TICKETS
For experiences that include admission to the Colosseum, Roman Forum or Palatine Hill:
• the date and time are subject to actual ticket availability;
• participants’ full names must be complete and correct;
• an identity document may be required;
• participants must comply with security checks, regulations and instructions issued by the archaeological site;
• any changes imposed by the competent authority are outside the control of Spaghetti Experiences.
The final admission time and meeting point will be communicated in the confirmation.
16. MINORS AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless otherwise stated.
Customers must check in advance any age, height, mobility or other requirements stated on the service page.
For information about accessibility or specific needs, customers must contact Spaghetti Experiences before booking.
17. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Participants must behave respectfully towards guides, suppliers, other participants, the places visited and any equipment used.
Spaghetti Experiences or the supplier may exclude a participant from the activity without a refund if that person:
• endangers themselves or others;
• damages vehicles, equipment or locations;
• is in a condition incompatible with the safe conduct of the activity;
• repeatedly fails to follow the instructions provided.
18. LIABILITY
Spaghetti Experiences undertakes to provide its services with due care and in accordance with the description on the experience page and in the booking confirmation.
When a service is provided by a third-party supplier, the responsibilities attributed by law to each party involved remain unaffected.
Spaghetti Experiences is not liable for service failures caused by the customer, incorrect information provided by the customer, parties unrelated to the service or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights or excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
19. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party is responsible for a failure to perform its obligations caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, exceptional weather conditions, strikes, public health emergencies, closures ordered by the authorities, safety concerns or unforeseeable interruptions to essential services.
Depending on the circumstances, Spaghetti Experiences will consider offering a new date, an alternative service or a refund for services not provided.
20. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The text, trademarks, logos, photographs, graphics and other content appearing on the website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used for commercial purposes without authorisation.
21. PRIVACY AND COOKIES
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
The use of cookies and other tracking technologies is described in the Cookie Policy and managed through the cookie preference panel.
22. COMPLAINTS AND ASSISTANCE
Requests for assistance or complaints may be sent to:
Email: infoextrarevenue@gmail.com
Telephone: (+39) 06 86357545
To allow the request to be handled more quickly, customers should provide their name, the experience, the date and the booking number, where available.
23. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
For consumers, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile will have jurisdiction where required by applicable law.
Any alternative dispute-resolution procedures available under applicable law remain unaffected.
24. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Spaghetti Experiences may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in legislation, technology or the services offered.
The version accepted by the customer when the contract is concluded will apply to the booking.
